Buyback Policy

Thank you for participating in Squyzee's Buyback Program! We are committed to ensuring that the items you return can be reused or donated to those in need. To maintain the quality and integrity of our buyback process, please review the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Condition of Items:

    • Clothes: All returned clothing must be in good condition. They should not be torn, excessively worn, or have any permanent visible marks (slight, minor marks are acceptable). Clothing should be regularly washed and free from any odors or strong smells.

    • Shoes: Shoes should be clean and free from significant wear and tear. They should not be torn, excessively scuffed, or have broken parts (such as soles, laces, or straps).

    • Toys and Accessories: All toys and accessories must be in working condition. They should not be broken or have missing parts. Slight wear is acceptable, but there should be no permanent damage or defects.

  2. Hygiene Requirements:

    • All returned items must be washed or cleaned thoroughly before sending them back. This includes ensuring there are no lingering smells or stains that could affect the quality of the item.

Return Process:

  1. Inspection:

    • Once the items are received at our warehouse, they will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the criteria outlined above. Our team will carefully check each item for any signs of damage, excessive wear, or hygiene issues.

  2. Redemption Process:

    • If the returned items pass inspection, a 10% redemption card will be issued to your Squyzee account. This card will be valid for a lifetime and can be used on any future purchases at Squyzee.

  3. Non-Qualifying Items:

    • Items that do not meet the buyback criteria will not be eligible for the 10% coupon. These items will be returned to you, or if you prefer, responsibly recycled or disposed of by Squyzee.

Additional Information:

  • Lifetime Validity: The 10% redemption card issued upon successful inspection of your returned items will be valid for a lifetime, meaning you can use it whenever you wish on any product at Squyzee.

  • Non-Transferable: The redemption card is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who returned the items.

  • Final Decision: Squyzee reserves the right to make the final decision on whether returned items meet the buyback criteria.

 

By participating in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Our goal is to ensure that the items you return can continue to bring joy to other children, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve that mission.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Squyzee, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy ensures a hassle-free process.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You can return any Squyzee product within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and personalized/customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at customer.service@squyzee.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Shipping the Return: Please pack the item(s) securely and include the original invoice. Ship the package to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You can exchange any Squyzee product within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchange Process:

Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at customer.service@squyzee.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and detailed instructions on how to exchange your item(s).

Shipping the Exchange: Please pack the item(s) securely and include the original invoice. Ship the package to the return address provided. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

New Item Shipment: Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer.service@squyzee.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering you a replacement or a full refund.
