Returns
- Eligibility: You can return any Squyzee product within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and personalized/customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipping the Return: Please pack the item(s) securely and include the original invoice. Ship the package to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
